Issue

  • EXT4-fs errors are being shown at the remote console of a storage node
    • [5770.3716] EXT4-fs error (device sda2): ext4_find_entry:1439: inode #262289: comm logrotate: reading directory lblock
    • [5071.3209] EXT4-fs error (device sda2): ext4_find_entry:1439: inode #263953: comm dockerd: reading directory lblock 0
  • No boot device found when node is rebooted
  • SSH cannot be enabled
  • Not able to collect logs
  • Not able to access node on per node UI at https://<MIP>:442
    • Error: 502 Bad Gateway
  • IPMI error in NetApp SolidFire Active IQ
    • sensorReadingFailed - IPMI diagnostics are currently unresponsive. Please contact support if this problem persists.
