HCI Active IQ dashboard not reporting Compute Utilization Data

Issue
- When looking at the Compute utilization section of the Dashboard in Active IQ (AIQ), there is no data.
- There is a line that says,
"No graph data found for the past 5 days."
- When you check the API Collection for the
get_performance_stats
API, data is not getting updated. The last updated date can be behind. - The issue can affect customers that deploy with a large number of vCenter objects (for example: 500 VMs).
