HCI Active IQ dashboard not reporting Compute Utilization Data

Applies to

  • Element Software 11.1 and above
  • NetApp Deployment Engine (NDE) version 1.4 and above
  • NetApp Monitoring Agent (NMA)


When looking at the Compute utilization section of the Dashboard in Active IQ (AIQ), there is no data. 

There is a line that says, "No graph data found for the past 5 days."  
When you check the API Collection for the get_performance_stats API, data is not getting updated. The last updated date can be behind.
The issue can affect customers that deploy with a large number of vCenter objects (for example: 500 VMs).
