Brocade Fabric switch management port not negotiating to Full-Duplex

Issue

To transfer firmware image to switch for upgrade, the management port must be Full-Duplex. However, port 0 is negotiating to Half-Duplex even though it is configured for Full-Duplex.

FirmwareDownload is not allowed because half duplex is configured.
Use ethif --set to clear half duplex configuration before upgrade
