Issue

When checking "operations in progress" on the home screen drive reconstruction and copy back process seems to make no progress

Failure Entry 1: VOLUME_HOT_SPARE_IN_USE-Recovery Failure Type Code: 21
Failure Entry 2: DEGRADED_VOLUME-Recovery Failure Type Code: 13
