Are SNMP traps sent to clear the Needs Attention status for E-Series arrays?

Yes, E-Series arrays will send an SNMP alert to the monitoring service whenever the "Needs Attention" status changes on the array. These are not shown in the Major Event Log of the array.
Example SNMP packet sent from the array to change the Needs Attention status to a 1 (on) value:
