Issue

Aggregate relocation is aborted by the lock manager.
- lmgr.arl.nonCA.locks.exist:error cannot complete aggregate relocation due to non-continuously available (Non-CA) locks on volume. The relocation operation of aggr_name is aborted by lock manager.
