Description This message occurs when when the configuration backup and restore feature cannot initialize the necessary software components.

Log messages indicating failure to initialize:

config_backup_restore_ops::pre_cluster_initialize - create_dirs failed
config_backup_restore_ops::populate_default_settings - fromString_schedule1 failed
config_backup_restore_ops::populate_default_settings - fromString_schedule2 failed
config_backup_restore_ops::populate_default_settings - fromString_schedule3 failed
config_backup_restore_ops::populate_default_settings - modify on config_backup_settings failed
