Issue

The following cluster fault is logged when a replacement node is added into a cluster:

AddNodes Failed: Cannot add node xx because EAR is enabled but either node is not encryption-capable or nodesConnectFailed/nodesQueryFailed connection issues prevented determination of encryption capability.
