Issue

When attempting to access the per-node web UI (https://<node_management_ip>:442) of an individual storage node on 12.0 or above, the UI fails to load and displays the following:

  • Something went wrong with Hybrid Cloud Control.
  • 502 - Bad Gateway
  • Click the link below to try again. If the problem persists, contact your technical support engineer.
