Answer

The following log files are to be collected from both the Source and Destination nodes/clusters:

Note: For assistance on accessing the SPI interface to view/download log files from clustered Data ONTAP, see KB article How to manually collect logs and copy files from a clustered Data ONTAP storage system.

Collect all SnapMirror related log files:
/etc/log/snapmirror_audit*
/etc/log/snapmirror_error*
/etc/log/mlog/snapmirror*

Collect all System log files:
/etc/log/ems*
/etc/log/messages*
/etc/log/mlog/command_history*
/etc/log/mlog/sktlogd*

For SVMDR (Storage Virtual Machine Disaster Recovery) relationships, collect all of the following log files as well:
/etc/log/mlog/vserverdr*
/etc/log/mlog/crs*

The following are console commands that are to be collected from the CLI on both the Source and Destination Nodes/Clusters:

Collected from the Destination node/cluster:
::> snapmirror show
::> snapmirror show -destination-path [DST_svm]:[DST_vol_name]
::> snapmirror list-destinations
::> snapmirror list-destinations -destination-path [DST_svm]:[DST_vol_name]
::> snapmirror policy show -instance

::> volume show -vserver [DST_svm] -volume [DST_vol_name]
::> volume snapshot show -vserver [DST_svm] -volume [DST_vol_name]
::> volume snapshot show -vserver [DST_svm] -volume [DST_vol_name] -fields snapmirror-label
::> volume snapshot policy show -instance

::> cluster peer show -instance
::> vserver peer show-all
::> vserver peer transition show -instance

::> network interface show
::> network ipspace show
::> network broadcast-domain show
::> network subnet show
::> network port show

Collected from the Source node/cluster:
::> snapmirror show
::> snapmirror show -destination-path [DST_svm]:[DST_vol_name]
::> snapmirror list-destinations
::> snapmirror list-destinations -destination-path [DST_svm]:[DST_vol_name]
::> volume show -vserver [SRC_svm] -volume [SRC_vol_name]
::> volume snapshot show -vserver [SRC_svm] -volume [SRC_vol_name]
::> volume snapshot show -vserver [SRC_svm] -volume [SRC_vol_name] -fields snapmirror-label
::> volume snapshot policy show -instance
::> cluster peer show -instance
::> vserver peer show-all
::> vserver peer transition show -instance

::> network interface show
::> network ipspace show
::> network broadcast-domain show
::> network subnet show
::> network port show
