  • SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware vSphere (SCV)
  • The AFF A400 is being used as a VMware datastore and is taking Snapshots via SCV. 
  • Unnecessary Snapshots are deleted from SCV, 
  • Additionally, there is a SnapMirror configuration with async-mirror type from AFF A400 to FAS2720.

Yes, the equivalent Snapshots on SnapMirror destination can be automatically deleted due to synchronization associated with the mirror transfer.
