SnapCenter backups running successfully but get Validate License message

Issue

  • Backups run successfully but get a Validate License message in SC GU
  • When a Validate License job is run, see the following error in <installation_path>\NetApp\SnapCenter\App_Data\log\SnapManagerWeb_<id>.log:
     

INFO  SnapManagerWeb_24514 PID=[10428] TID=[88] Enter ValidateLicenseAsync
DEBUG SnapManagerWeb_24514 PID=[10428] TID=[88] Lookup SVM

DEBUG SnapManagerWeb_24514 PID=[10428] TID=[88] Register SVM for alias
ERROR SnapManagerWeb_24514 PID=[10428] TID=[88] Failed to find storage volumes of ObjectId: 1 System.Exception: Invalid user & group ID's for storage connection
