After an ONTAP upgrade SCV fails to add a label to the snapshot
Error in Job Details in the SCV GUI:
No SnapMirror relationships were found. Resolution: Please make sure that secondary storage systems are registered and host can resolve them correctly.) [ERR] ErrorCode (-1), ErrorMessage (Unable to find SnapVault destination for the source volume(s)

Source and destination SVMs are successfully connected in SCV
Pings/NSLookups/traceroutes to source and destination SVMs are successful from SCV instance
