Issue

SCO Restore or Clone fail with Oracle Patches 9.13 and 9.14.
The following errors may be seen:
ERROR: Job Warning:
Failed on 'SCServer1':
Activity 'Application Clone' failed with error: CloneActivity contains warnings: PL-SCO-30049:
Recovery of cloned database with SID oraclesid1 failed with error:
ORACLE-30036: Recovery of oraclesid1 failed due to the following error(s):
[ORACLE-00001: Error executing SQL: [ RECOVER  AUTOMATIC DATABASE   USING BACKUP CONTROLFILE UNTIL CANCEL PARALLEL 1;].
The command returned:
ORA-01264: Unable to create archived log file name
ORA-19800: Unable to initialize Oracle Managed Destination
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcbzrefb_1], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []]". Manual recovery of the database will be required.
PL-SCO-30049: Recovery of cloned database with SID oraclesid1 failed with error: "ORACLE-30036:
Recovery of oraclesid1 failed due to the following error(s):
[ORACLE-00001: Error executing SQL: [ RECOVER  AUTOMATIC DATABASE   USING  BACKUP CONTROLFILE UNTIL CANCEL PARALLEL 1;].
