MetroCluster IP upgrade stuck in takeover waiting for reservations to clear

Issue

After rebooting one of the nodes in a HA pair to ONTAP 9.10.1 in order to upgrade ONTAP, the node gets stuck 'Waiting for reservations to clear'

The partner node shows the same message
