Issue

  • Error during switch upgrade from 3.4.4.5 to 3.4.4.6
  • Switch boot into ONIE
  • Errors reported:

EXT3-fs (sda3): error: couldn't mount because of unsupported optional features (240)

EXT2-fs (sda3): error: couldn't mount because of unsupported optional features (240)

EXT4-fs (sda3): warning: mounting fs with errors, running e2fsck is recommended

  • The switch is not coming up after the upgrade
  • Not able to stop the boot process
