Issue

  • Unable to search Primary Owner by ID on a custom workflow named “Provisioning Department or CIFS departmental share -V3 – V2 ”
  • Workflow is used to create a CIFS share and they are giving AD user account ID in “search primary owner by ID” field.
  • Issue is few users in AD is not present in scheme.
