Applies to

  • Worklow Automation 5.1.1

Issue

  • Support bundle and workflows are not downloadable from the UI as it fails with a HTTP 404 error.
  • And deployment files under : $:\Program Files\NetApp\WFA\jboss\standalone\deployments are in a *.failed status.
  • The content of the failed deployment file looks like :

"{\"WFLYCTL0080: Failed services\" => {\"jboss.deployment.unit.\\\"download.war\\\".undertow-deployment\" => \"java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: UT010039: Unknown authentication mechanism CUSTOM-BASIC
Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: UT010039: Unknown authentication mechanism CUSTOM-BASIC
Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: UT010039: Unknown authentication mechanism CUSTOM-BASIC\"}}"

For RHEL/Linux systems the deployment files are located under:/opt/netapp/wfa/jboss/standalone/deployments/

In the Server.log file you will find this error:

Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: UT010039: Unknown authentication mechanism CUSTOM-BASIC
