  • Support bundle and workflow exports are not downloadable from the UI as it fails with a HTTP 404 error
  • Manual Backups via web UI and Backups via REST API are failing as well

    • Linux deployment files location: /opt/netapp/wfa/jboss/standalone/deployments
  • The content of the failed deployment file looks like :

"{\"WFLYCTL0080: Failed services\" => {\"jboss.deployment.unit.\\\"download.war\\\".undertow-deployment\" => \"java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: UT010039: Unknown authentication mechanism CUSTOM-BASIC
Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: UT010039: Unknown authentication mechanism CUSTOM-BASIC
