This Article applies to ONTAP System Manager 9.7 and later releases.

Description

In System Manager 9.7, administrators may switch to the redesigned user interface via the “Switch to the new experience” link,

and switch back to the existing user interface via the “Return to the classic version” link.

This article provides information on the identified differences between the interfaces.
For ONTAP System Manager 9.8 and later releases, only the redesigned user interface is available.

Note: The "New Experience" in 9.7 is considered a preview, and only offers limited functionality
