Issue

  • UM marks volumes as DEAD after a single polling issue (in case of a node panic in a cluster), thereby breaking storage service configuration for all associated volumes.
  • UM reports "is not subscribed to storage service" during a failed backup job.
  • Example error from SnapProtect.

Error returned:[24012][Object '('<<VOLUME_NAME>>'(<<UNIQUE_ID>>))' is not subscribed to storage service '<<UNIQUE_ID>>'.]].
