What does the capacity sum represent in canvas view for a Working Environment?

Answer

The capacity seen in the connectors` Canvas tab for a working environment is the sum of the total capacity allocated for all volumes. This size might differ compared to the total size of your aggregate(s) if they are overallocated or to the capacity reported by ONTAP System Manager (physical used + SE savings):

To count how much capacity is allocated in total for volumes, simply enter the Working Environment and go to the advanced allocation tab, then click aggregate info to see the list of volumes and their total capacity:
