Issue

Failed to stop and start the Cloud Insight Acquisition Service using "systemctl" comand

  • RHEL 8x
  • Cloud Insights acquisition.service fails to start after automatic upgrade pushed from the backend.
  • Checking the status of the "acquisition.server" service
    • systemctl status acquisition.serviceMay 23 13:14:07 localhost systemd[241763]: acquisition.service: Changing to the requested working directory failed: Permission denied
      May 23 13:14:07 localhost systemd[241763]: acquisition.service: Failed at step CHDIR spawning /opt/netapp/cloudinsights/acq/scripts/acquisition.server: Permission denied
