Issue

The number of files does not match between Windows explorer and quota report.
Files-used in quota report is larger.

Example:

"quota report" shows 4  as "file-used" in ONTAP.

quota report -vserver hoge -volume fuga -tree piyo  -fields tree,disk-used,disk-limit,files-used
vserver     volume index               tree disk-used disk-limit files-used
----------- ------ ------------------- ---- --------- ---------- ----------
hoge          fuga        XXXX          piyo  0B        -          4

But "dir" command shows 1 flie(s) in Windows.

Z:\piyo>dir
Volume in drive Z is fuga
 Volume Serial Number is 5963-E298

 Directory of Z:\piyo

11/01/2019  06:25 AM    <DIR>          .
11/01/2019  06:17 AM    <DIR>          ..
11/01/2019  06:27 AM                 8 foo.xyz
               1 File(s)              8 bytes
               2 Dir(s)     838,860,800 bytes free
