Issue

  1. Node experienced a panic/reboot event with the panic string:
    panic_string: No free vvbns in best AA of  the flexvol in volume volume_01@vserver:71a6ba17-04b0-11ee-8b91-d999eaa88800a0.
    WAFL inconsistent. Contact NetApp technical support.
  2. After the reboot of the node, the volume mentioned in the panic string is marked as inconsistent:
::> node run -node <node_name> -c vol status -v volume_01
       Volume State           Status                Options
       volume_01 offline      raid_dp, flex         schedsnapname=ordinal, nbu_archival_snap=off,
                              cluster               space_slo=none(disabled)
                              wafl inconsistent
                              64-bit
