Issue

When trying to modify the ACL in a CIFS share, a File Explorer pop up with the following error occurs:

The program cannot open the required dialog box because it cannot determine whether the computer named '<cifs-server>' is joined to a domain. This may prevent users from modifying the Access Control List (ACL) of the CIFS share.
