Issue

  • An autosupport is triggered titled HA Group Notification (SYNCMIRROR PLEX FAILED) ALERT
  • An error message similar to the below is observed in the logs:

Tue Jun 23 14:35:48 +0200 [Cluster01-N1: config_thread: callhome.syncm.plex:alert]: Call home for SYNCMIRROR PLEX FAILED
