  • EMS raid.mirror.resync.snapcrtfail:error is detected due to No space left on device

[<NODE>: config_async_0: raid.mirror.resync.snapcrtfail:error]: Aggregate <AGGREGATE>: could not create mirror resynchronization Snapshot copy mirror_resync.1123103131(<NODE>) (No space left on device)

  • SYNCMIRROR SNAPSHOTS NOT ROTATING PROPERLY AutoSupport is triggered
  • Autodelete Snapshot is not triggered for a long time even though DF-A indicates aggregate Snapshot reserve is full

This message occurs when resynchronization fails to create a mirror resync Snapshot(tm) copy.
