This KB explains how to interpret a supportshow collected from a Brocade switch to troubleshoot suspected Hardware issues with examples given.

Note: The example scenario is for a faulty connection between a Brocade switch and an ATTO Bridge. Remember that these principles apply to Hardware troubleshooting between a Brocade switch and any other remote device (e.g. an FCVI adapter)
