Issue

  • NFS client initially connects to storage successfully, but later the connection is lost and reporting below error:

kernel: nfs: server 10.xx.xx.xx not responding, still trying

  • EMS says Idle Timeout, closing connection

2/20/2023 04:53:29 NAS-01 ERROR Nblade.nfsConnResetAndClose: Shutting down connection with the client. Vserver ID is 3; network data protocol is NFS,Rpc Xid 0x0; client IP address:port is xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:yyy. local IP address is xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx; reason is Idle Timeout, closing connection.
