Issue

 Error message is displayed on the console or messages logs on FAS3200 (excluding FAS3210) systems:

Tue Jul 29 00:55:07 GMT [filer1: cf.ic.xferTimedOut:error]: ofw interconnect transfer timed out
Tue Jul 29 00:55:07 GMT [filer1: cf.fsm.takeoverByPartnerDisabled:notice]: Failover monitor: takeover of filer1 by filer2 disabled (unsynchronized log).
Tue Jul 29 00:55:08 GMT [filer1: cf.fsm.takeoverOfPartnerDisabled:notice]: Failover monitor: takeover of filer2 disabled (unsynchronized log).
Tue Jul 29 00:55:12 GMT [filer1: cf.fsm.takeoverByPartnerEnabled:notice]: Failover monitor: takeover of filer1 by filer2 enabled
Tue Jul 29 00:55:13 GMT [filer1: cf.fsm.takeoverOfPartnerEnabled:notice]: Failover monitor: takeover of fiiler2 enabled
