Why do I have snapshots that are not shown in admin mode but only in diag mode

Answer

The snapshots that are only shown in diag mode are SMTransient=snapmirror snapshots that are consistency group (CG) snapshots, that are associated with SnapMirror Business Continuity (SMBC). As these are 'application snapshots' and not user-created snapshots are only visible in diag mode
