Issue

SnapMirror initialization and update fails with the following errors as seen in snapmirror show output

Failed to start transfer for Snapshot copy "Snapshot_Name".(Failed to start transfer.(Duplicate transfer specified(Replication engine error)
Last Transfer Error: Failed to start transfer for Snapshot copy "pre_upgrade_Wed_Mar_06_09:43:08_UTC_2019". (Failed to start transfer. (Duplicate transfer specified (Replication engine error))).


Transfer begins and then gets stuck in transferring state

The failure message as seen in /etc/log/snapmirror_audit logs:

Tue Apr 9 00:17:17 PDT 2019 ResumedUpdate[Feb 12 00:10:00]:Group=none Operation-Cookie=0 action=Defer source=sourceSVM:sourceVol destination=destSVM:destVol status=Failure message=Transfer failed.(Volume access error(No capacity tier space available))
