SnapMirror shows unhealthy state in MetroCluster setup

Issue

  • A volume level SnapMirror relationship is identified as unhealthy in System Manager, where source is normal cluster and destination is a 4-node Metrocluster configuration.
  • The SnapMirror relationship is created on the Metrocluster sync-source vserver where as the impacted relationship is hosted on Metrocluster sync-destination vserver.
  • Via CLI, Mirror State, Relationship Status and Healthy is '-' for the relationship on the sync-destination vserver:
