Description

When the DR (destination) volume for snapmirror is lost due to aggregate failure or other reason, the snapmirror relationship may still exist and must be removed.
  • In this circumstance, the snapmirror delete command may be unsuccessful.
  • Manual removal of the relationship may be necessary if snapmirror delete fails.
  • The snapmirror release command, applied to the source cluster, should still succeed.
