Issue

  • Backup application performing snapshot differential (SnapDiff) backup has jobs that hang
  • Analysis of application and ONTAP logs can track the API call leaving the backup server, but no response to the API call can be found
  • In MGWD this message is seen: ontapi :: 10.10.10.10 :: user :: snapdiff-rpc-server-get :: This request exceeds the configured session limit (10) for your Vserver ("vserver1").
