Multi disk panic in FlexArray when the tape drive and library are zoned to the same storage initiator port

Issue

  • Node rebooted due to multi disk panic when a single disk went missing in a Flex Array with Raid 0, without any issue observed on the 3rd party storage disk.
  • Adapter resets observed due to tape drive and library being zoned to the same storage initiator port.
