FlexArray backend 3rd party storage panic causes aggregate and disk unknown

Issue

  • Backend EMC UNITY 600 panics and failover event cause ONTAP to display disks as broken 
  • disk show displays LUNs as container-type unknown
  • Aggregate status unknown
  • No disks are listed in affected aggregate in storage aggregate show
  • Unable to unfail unknown disks
  • Alert:  ARRAY LUN CONNECTED USING ONLY ONE PATH
  • No Bad Volinfo or checkCondition found in EMS
  • storage show <unknown disk label> indicates active optimized and un-optimized paths are mixed up between nodes.
