Performance problem due to unreachable vscan servers

Issue
- End users report creation/deletion activity of file on a share to delayed than usual.
- CIFS Performance problem with Antivirus (Vscan) configured
- Disabling Vscan resolves the issue
- Disconnected vscan servers
- EMS report Vscan server disconnected events :
