Issue

When loading a video file to edit in Adobe Premiere, seeking and scanning (also called scrubbing) through the file takes a long time but there is no latency or performance bottlenecks shown in performance monitoring such as qos statistics, Active IQ Unified Manager, Harvest, or Cloud Insights.
