Flash Pool Read Hit rate increases with an empty Read Cache

Issue

statistics cache flash-pool show command displays that Read Hit is increasing but the value of Read Blocks is still 0.

Example:

Cluster01::> statistics cache flash-pool show -vserver svm1 -volume svm1_vol1 -iterations 0
