Description

Logging into systemshell requires a diag password.

Attempting to log in to the systemshell without the diag password continually prompts for a login.

Example:

cluster::> set diag
Warning: These diagnostic commands are for use by NetApp personnel only.
Do you want to continue? {y|n}: y

cluster::*> systemshell -node local
  (system node systemshell)
Data ONTAP/amd64 (node) (pts/2)
login: diag
Password:
Login incorrect
login: diag
Password:
