Issue

  • Brocade SNMP process panic could lead to the following messages being displayed in errdump -a:

2021/10/07-09:34:37, Detected termination of process snmpd:xxxxx.
2021/10/07-09:34:37, First failure data capture (FFDC) event occurred.
2021/10/07-09:35:53, Detected termination of process snmpd:xxxxx.
2021/10/07-09:35:53, First failure data capture (FFDC) event occurred.
2021/10/07-09:35:53, Restartable daemon (snmp (pid=xxxxx)) died too soon. Reboot/Failover manually if necessary.
  • snmpconfig returns an error: 
> snmpconfig --show snmpv3
