ARVM with large volumes can cause a controller reset

Issue

These are the common errors seen with this defect:

  • Page fault at vutl::PagePool::findAllocatedPage
  • ASSERT: Assertion failed: node != NULL, file vutlPagePool.cc, line 173
  • Mirror has >7TB capacity and failed with reason MEL_RC_FAIL_DL_L1BLOCK_READ_ERROR in MEL's raw data
  • Size mismatch with next memory block vkiHdr=0xffff800035ddb6e0

The defect can have many different types of unexpected rebooted with stack traces that often make no sense as a result of the memory corruption.
