Issue

During an ONTAP 9.18.1P7 upgrade on a MetroCluster IP system, a node panicked with a WAFL consistency-point hang shortly after giveback.
  • The node recovered, giveback completed, and the system returned to normal service.
  • The outage was temporary.
  • Disk firmware and shelf firmware activity were both present in the same window.
