Issue

After updating to ONTAP 9.16.1P9, a node can repeatedly generate IncompleteSnmpDataRefreshAlert AutoSupport (call home) messages for back-end Brocade G720 Fibre Channel switches. ONTAP fabric monitoring fails to read the administrative speed of switch ports that operate at 64 Gbps, logging errors of the form:
invalid port admin speed 64 found for <switch>/<port>
As a result, the affected switch ports may be reported with an unknown speed, and fabric monitoring data for those switches can be incomplete. Repeated call homes may continue until the fix is applied.
