CONTAP-439228: Page fault leads to unexpected reboot.

Issue

One or more nodes reboot unexpectedly with a string similar to the below:
page fault (supervisor read data, page not present) on VA 0xx cs:rip 0x20:0xx rflags 0x10002 in SK process <process>

This will happen only on low end MCCIP systems which use sw-iwarp for RDMA (A150, FAS 2750, A220, C250, A250, A20) during switch upgrade/switch reboot.
