Issue

In a MetroCluster IP configuration, a storage controller may experience an interruption during failover or recovery following network disruption. The interruption can cause a node to restart and a takeover to occur. 
The associated error is: BUG ON wq->sq.in_use < 1 failed at .../src/sys/dev/cxgbe/iw_cxgbe/t4.h:456
