Issue

A power issue or disaster may result in volumes being in nvfail state after mediator assisted unplanned switchover (MAUSO) 

EMS Log:

wafl.vol.setting.in.nvfailed.state:error]: Volume volume@vserver:12345 is marked as in-nvfailed-state: NVPM copy failed.
