Unable to delete volume in MetroCluster destination vserver

Issue

  • Unable to delete volume in MetroCluster destination vserver:
::*> volume delete -volume volume1 -vserver svm1-mc -force true

Error: command failed: This operation is not permitted on a Vserver that is configured as the destination of a MetroCluster Vserver relationship.
  • Volume was successfully deleted on the source vserver
  • Destination vserver is degraded

::>  metrocluster vserver show -instance
               Cluster Name: cluster-01
                    Vserver: vserver-01
            Partner Vserver: vserver-01-mc
        Configuration State: degraded
          Corrective Action: Resynchronize the configuration using "metrocluster vserver resync" command. Contact technical support for assistance if configuration-state does not change to healthy.
              Failed Object: volume
  Failed Replication Reason: Apply failed for Object: volume Method: baseline. Reason: Internal Error. Reason entry doesn't exist
