Issue

During TieBreaker installation the error bellow is seen in the logs:
cp: cannot stat 'vault': No such file or directory
...
Starting vault server ...
mcctb-install.sh: line 187: /opt/netapp/vault: No such file or directory
mcctb-install.sh: line 193: /opt/netapp/vault: No such file or directory
mcctb-install.sh: line 209: /opt/netapp/vault: No such file or directory
Vault is sealed, please unseal and retry the installation
